The Methodist church in Westport Maine where Jonathan May Garland preached. It has been visited 3 times by members of the Garland and Babcock families - in 1931 by Jonathan's son William May Garland with his wife Blanche and W.M.'s son Jack; in 1967, by Jack and his daughter Gwen; then in 1975 by Gwen and her family (Guil, Sarah, Ann, Susan and John Babcock). As of 1992 it was still standing as a Baptist church.
