There is the following CAUTIONARY INFORMATION for JohnAinsworth and EdwardAinsworth(Immigrant): If Edward's father is the connected John, then this John has a brother named Daniel who has a wife Alice. So far, there is no proof to indicate that Edward came from Pleasington, though many believe he came from Lancashire. Further work needs to be done to find the father of Daniel and the father of John, to see if they are the same man. The land is probably key to proving the relationships. John may have the middle name of Anchor, though we've not seen any primary or secondary sources to prove that.
Birth*
1652
He was born 1652 at England unknown who Edward's father is, but The Ainsworth Genealogy which is digitized at BYU (see source note) shows that Edward's Uncle was Daniel (wife Alice). See Introduction pgs 2-3 which also says there was no record of any children born to Daniel and Alice, which explains why Daniel's land went to Edward.1
