Story*[John Note] Howard Bullis (cited above) states "According to information taken from
diary of Bodon Coles from Notes of Lillian Bullis McMillan, John and Mary
Bullis had eight sons, one went to England (Worked as Blacksmith), some
went to Canada and some stayed on the Bullis Homestead in Dutchess County
NY. One of the sons was a General in the French and Indian War". He also
has a further reference: Letter from Clifford Buck dated 22 Feb 1980.
