Court attached one chair for each case 22 Nov 1763 on 27 October 1763 at Hampton Falls, Rockingham Co., New Hampshire.

For the consideration of the sum of one hundred & twelve pounds old tenor to me in hand before the delivery hereof well & ruly paid by Nathan Rowe of Hampton Falls aforsd Yeoman; the recipt where of I do hereby acknowlede Have given granted bargained & sold & by virtue of a license from the Judge of Probate of Wills etc for the Prove aforsd Do by these presents give grant bargain sell convey & confirm unto him the sd Nathan Rowe his Heirs & Assigns forever. Two acres of Land situate in Hampton Falls aforesd part of the Real Estate of the sd Eleazar Decd Bounding Easterly by Land of Meshech Weare, Northerly by Land of David Bachelder Westerly by land of the sd Nathan Rowe & Southerly by Land belonging to the Heirs of Timothy Hilyard Decd. T Have & to Hold the sd granted & bargained premises with the appurtenances to him the sd Nathan Rowe his Heirs & Assigns forever to his & their only proper use and benefit as an absolute Estate of Inheritance in Fee Siimple & I the sd Abigail in the Capacity aforesd do Covenant & Engage to him the sd Nathan Rowe his Heirs & Assigns all the Estate Right & Title which the above named Eleazar hd to the above mentioned Premises at the time of his Decease. To warrant & defend by these presents. In Witness whereof I have herunto set my Hand & Seal the Twnety ninth Day of June Anno Domini 1764 in the fourth year of his Majesty's Reign etc.
