His real estate consists of two land warrants issued by the US to him for services performed as a private soldier in the war with Great Britain declared on the 18th of Jun 1812. 40 acres of land numbered 100740, dated 3 Aug 1854, 120 acres numbered 30887, dated 14 Nov 1855. | Death* | 15 June 1860 | Hannah Barcroft died on 15 June 1860 at prob Nottingham Twn, Harrison Co., Ohio, at age 73 Do not remember where we got the death date. Not in Harrison Co OH deaths 1867-1941 (SLC 894626) leading to assumption she died between 1860-1867. Her death is not in the Barcroft Bible, but most of those dates are 1700s and early 1800s, so her death being there was not expected. Though the 1860 census was not taken until June 29th, the "as of" date was June 1st, so her death date could still be consistant with the census. |
