(MentionedINdeed) Deed20 April 1799Thomas Heagan Jr was referred to in the deed from Thomas Hagan (RevWar Patriot) to Captain Richard Hagan on 20 April 1799 at Parker's Island, Georgetown, Lincoln Co. (now Sagadahoc Co.), Maine; Thomas Heagan of Georgetown sold to his "well beloved son Richard Heagan of said Georgetown, singleman" his "homestead farm" situated on the west side of Robbin Hood's Cove on Parker's Island, for $300 The property totalled 130 acres. Thomas stipulated in the deed that the southern end of the dwelling house was to be reserved for his daughters Mary, Anna, and Catherine, as long as they remained single. By thesame deed he also conveyed to Richard 12 acres of marsh, less 4 acres which were reserved for his son Thomas. The deed was witnessed by Thomas Heagan Jr among others.

Death*11 November 1831He died on 11 November 1831 at Prospect, Waldo Co., Maine, per index to veterans' burials in the Maine Archives which has the notation "no record, Maine Historical Society" meaning no war record since that line on the index card is not filled in.4 
Burial*He was buried at Maple Grove Cemetery, Prospect, Waldo Co., Maine, per index to veterans' burials in the Maine Archives.4
