Higens and James Higens, adjacent in the list. Stott concludes "The Thomas on the list must be the father as the son Thomas was too young to have serverd.2 
(Witness) Deed11 December 1779James Heagan witnessed the deed of Thomas Hagan (RevWar Patriot) on 11 December 1779 at Georgetown, Lincoln Co. (now Sagadahoc Co.), Maine; Thomas bought an adjoining 20 acre parcel from George and Sarh McKinney. James Heagan witness the deed.2
