Mary Terry was mentioned in the will of JosephOgden(DAR Patriot) on 20 March 1798 at Fishkill, Dutchess Co., New York, "to my wife Mary one third of my real estate during her life & 1/3 of my personal estate"; Pages 540-541 Register of Wills Liber C will (page 540) Joseph Ogden of town of Fishkill, Co Dutchess NY - to my wife Mary one third of my real estate during her life & 1/3 of my personal estate. To my daus, Sarah, Susannah, Mary, Zilpha and Annis 2/3 of my goods. To my sons Benjamin & William all my real estate excepting 1/3 divided to my wife Mary during her life. Appt my sons Benjamin & William Exrs. 20 March 1798 signed Joseph Ogden. Witn Timiothy Cronk, Caleb Peck, Abel Peck. Daniel Purdy ___ first March 1811.1
