Rachel Williams (Immigrant 1833) married WilliamCornelius(Immigrant 1832), son of WilliamCornelius and ElizabethRees, on 25 December 1823 at Llansamlet, Glamorgan, Wales, Have marriage from Bishop's Transcripts (SLC 104484 pg 64), marriage #191, witnesses were John Cornelius and John Williams. The witness John Cornelius is probably his brother, and was probably the same as a John & Anne Cornelius who baptised children during same time period he did.

When she went back to Wales in 1868, how did she travel without a passport? 1989 letter was written to passport division of National Archives asking about an application. They were unable to find one. In 1999, KRB checked the index to applications 1860-1880 (SLC 1429880), the register of misc special passports (1463578 #2), and index to special passport applications 1829-1887 (SLC 1463577), all with negative results.

She died after 1868 at Wales ? it is not known when or where she died. Per Anna Stimson letter, Rachel decided to go back to Wales in 1868 (age 65). She was never heard from again. Check Welsh records for her death?
