Letter1838He wrote a letter in 1838 An 1834 letter has an address of a Mrs Esther Cornelius (in Wales). This gives the implication that she is an Esther who married a Cornelius, rather than William's sister Esther. However, this Esther seems to be the sister of William and John, and it is unknown who the "Mrs" Esther might be. In any case, she says her brother John is still with the same employers, and William's brother John is still living when he wrote a letter several months later. In that letter, he refered to his son John who died in May (1838), so it is he to whom Esther is referring.
