(InWillOf) Will29 October 1811He was mentioned in the will of Mary Brewster on 29 October 1811; that mentions youngest daughter Mariah Heartt, two sons William Heart, and Abraham Heartt, son Daniel Brewster Heartt, and three daughters named Martha (wife of Peter Haff), Catherine (wife of Elisha Spear), and Ann (wife of Oliver Babcock). It says "Mary Heartt widow testates" providing proof her husband predeceased her.3 
Death*1 April 1828Oliver Babcock died on 1 April 1828 at Troy, Rensselaer Co., New York, at age 48.1
