An affidavit was sent on 30 Nov 1981 swearing that the birth which is recorded in Certificate # 48613 in the Borough of Manhattan was for Dorothy Beck. It is interesting to note the two different certificate numbers. Maybe a future researcher would be able to get photocopies of both.
